MAIN FEATURES:
The Early Access Pack features 7 extra Divisions, 3 of them representing forces in and around a Cold War-era divided Berlin and 4 additional Divisions.
Battle for Berlin
- NATO’s Berlin Command contains the combined forces of three Western Allied garrisons stationed in West Berlin during the Cold War.
- The Soviet 6th Separate Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade is East Berlin’s powerful counterpart to the NATO garrisons stationed in West Berlin.
- The East German Berliner Gruppierung is built up around a Nationale Volksarmee’s motorized rifle division, its wartime task to eliminate West Berlin as part of Unternehmen Zentrum.
Additional Divisions
- The American 24th Infantry Division (Mechanized) contains a substantial National Guard component. Based in the United States, it is earmarked to reinforce NATO in West Germany during WARNO’s war scenario.
- The US 35th Infantry Division is a true National Guard formation and, thanks to its plentiful armored battalions, acts as a missing link between a US Army’s mechanized and tank divisions. Many of its units feature the Reservist trait.
- The Soviet 27th Guards Motorized Rifle Division was used to trial the latest Cold War equipment available to the Soviet Army as part of the “Division 90” concept.
- The mixed East German and Polish Rügener Gruppierung contains various anti-landing detachments and formations under a single, unified command.
Early Access Pack features:
- 7 new Divisions for both NATO and Warsaw Pact.
- New units and models including FV432 RARDEN, F-117A NIGHTHAWK stealth bomber, MIRAGE IV, KGB’s elite Spetsgruppa “A”, L-39ZO, 2S5 GIATSINT-S, National Guard units, and much more.
